I am a biodynamic massage therapist and sound therapist based in North London, I am registered with ABMT (Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapists).

I first came across biodynamic psychotherapy as a client in 2002: I was immediately touched by the simplicity and the depth of this work, so much so that it has been a very strong presence and influence through most of my adult life. Although I have been practising various forms of Yoga, meditation and other spiritual disciplines for over twenty years, biodynamic psychotherapy has always had a special place in my heart: the love and acceptance that one can experience through this work are incredibly moving, empowering and can heal on a very deep level. I am currently training with LSBP (London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy) to become a body psychotherapist.

Sound therapy came into my life more recently, and almost by accident, after a very touching experience whilst playing a Himalayan bowl for the first time. It’s hard to describe with words what I experienced: as soon as I tapped the bowl my mind shifted to a very calm, yet focussed state, and I felt deeply connected to everything around me. I still think that was one of the most transformative experiences of my life, and one that lead me to study and research sound therapy extensively.

I have a background in design, along with my massage and sound therapy practice I also work as a Creative Director and I teach in various universities across the country. I love working with people, and I am extremely passionate about integrating the essence of the biodynamic work in every aspect of my life.

I am committed to providing a professional, confidential and non-judgemental space in my clinic where you can safely explore any aspect of your deeper self.
